Lyon Sweater - Chunky Edition

The Lyon Sweater – Chunky Edition is a generously oversized, striped turtleneck worked top-down with a distinctive construction — the back yoke is shaped first with increases, then the shoulders are built by picking up stitches along the slanting yoke edges. The remaining yoke stitches are joined and worked together, transitioning from flat to in-the-round, before the body and sleeves continue in the round. A cosy turtleneck finishes the neckline. Stripe placement is fully described in the pattern, making it easy to achieve that effortlessly relaxed, colour-blocked look.

Worked in a chunky wool held together with a fine alpaca or silk mohair companion yarn, the Lyon Sweater – Chunky Edition has a beautifully warm, textured hand that wears as good as it looks.
