Return & Exchange Policy
Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Law. A credit to the value of the product will be given. No cash refunds.

Change of mind returns
We will accept returns for yarn provided that:

• Goods are returned or exchanged within 14 days from the purchase date (exclusions apply). After this period, you may not be entitled to a refund or exchange.
• You produce your original register receipt, online tax invoice at the time you return the item.
• The goods are in the original packaging
• The goods are in its original condition and not been used or damaged in any way and must be odour free.

We have a no return policy on all patterns. 

The Wool Shop Rangiora reserves the right to assess the condition and age of returned goods prior to offering an exchange.
