The Lulu Slipover is a modern sleeveless layer worked from the top down. It features deep armholes and a relaxed fit, with the sides fastening using two buttons on each side.
The back is worked first, followed by the front. Ribbed edges are then worked around the armholes, while the side openings are finished with neat double-knitted edges that form small side slits toward the hem. Buttonholes are worked along the front of these double-knitted edges.
The slipover is finished with a ribbed neckline. The result is a structured but easy-to-layer garment that works beautifully over shirts, dresses, or lightweight sweaters.

The Lulu Slipover is designed with approximately 20 cm of positive ease in the smaller sizes, gradually reducing in the larger sizes.
Choose your size based on your actual bust measurement rather than ready-to-wear sizing.

Alternatively, the slipover can be worked using a fingering-weight yarn held together with a fine mohair-style yarn, which creates a slightly softer fabric with a gentle halo.
Choose yarns with good elasticity and structure so the slipover keeps its shape while still draping nicely.
