This classic short-sleeved sweater features bold stripes and is worked in DK weight alpaca. The design is constructed in two main pieces from the hem upward, with three contrasting shades creating the stripe sequence and finishing the armhole edges. Alternatively, knit it in a single colour for a timeless look.

Based on DK weight alpaca (112m per 50g ball):

Colour 2: 2 (2, 3, 3, 3, 3, 4, 4, 4) balls
Colour 3: 1 (1, 1, 1, 1, 2, 2, 2, 2) balls
You Will Need
3.25mm and 4mm knitting needles
Set of 3.25mm double pointed needles
2 stitch holders, stitch markers, yarn needle
Tension: 22 stitches and 30 rows to 10cm in stocking stitch using 4mm needles
