A lovely cardigan to knit for little ones as they grow, the Candlestick Cardigan from Touch Yarns features raglan sleeves and a little candlestick pattern on the body. With sizes from 3–6 months through to 8 years, this is a pattern you can return to for baby gifts and everyday handmade layers.

Construction
Knitted flat on straight needles from the bottom up, with the body worked in one piece to the armholes.
Sizes and yarn requirements
Yarn quantities are for Touch Pure Merino 8 ply / DK in 50 g balls.
- To fit 3–6 months: 3 x 50 g balls
- To fit 6–12 months: 4 x 50 g balls
- To fit 12–24 months: 5 x 50 g balls
- To fit 2–4 years: 6 x 50 g balls
- To fit 6 years: 7 x 50 g balls
- To fit 8 years: 8 x 50 g balls

The examples are knitted in Touch Pure Merino 8 ply in Oatmeal 855 and Natural 216.
