200g of 8 ply for 1,2,3, and 4 years
300g of 8 ply for 5 and 6 years
Yarn
8 ply / DK yarn that achieves the pattern's required tension. Check tension carefully when substituting yarn, as yarn choice can affect finished sizing and the quantity required. Follow the pattern for size-specific yarn requirements.
