The Otto Sweater Junior is worked from the top down in a classic stripe pattern. The back yoke is worked first, followed by each shoulder worked separately, flat and back and forth on a circular needle. The shoulders are then joined to form the front yoke.

The front and back yoke are joined to form the body, which is worked in the round. Sleeves are worked from stitches picked up around the armholes and knitted in the round. The sweater is finished with a folded neckline, worked from stitches picked up around the neck opening for a clean, comfortable finish.

This is a relaxed, roomy design with plenty of ease, making it ideal for layering.

Size Guide

The Otto Sweater Junior is designed with approximately 20–25 cm of positive ease, meaning it is intended to be 20–25 cm larger than the child’s chest measurement.
