The Lyon Sweater Junior is a cosy, modern children’s knit worked from the top down with beautifully shaped shoulders and a clean folded neck edge. You begin with the top section of the back yoke, worked flat with increases. From there, the shoulders are formed by picking up stitches along the angled back edges, then the yoke is joined and worked first flat and then in the round. The body and sleeves are both knitted seamlessly, creating a soft, comfortable garment with great movement for active kids.
From the midpoint of the yoke downwards, classic PetiteKnit stripes give the sweater a fun, timeless look. It’s an engaging knit for confident makers — and a wonderfully wearable piece for little humans.
