Little Brother’s Romper is a cosy, bottom-up knit designed for everyday wear, naps, play, and those “pop a onesie underneath and you’re good to go” days.
You start at the bottom of the front, then work the lower back, before knitting the body in the round. The upper front and back are then worked separately to shape the bib and back, and finally the straps are knitted from the back and finished with buttons. It’s a simple, satisfying knit with minimal seaming and lots of room for your yarn and colour choices.
This is a great “first garment” project if you’re comfortable knitting in the round and working basic shaping.
