A beloved lisaFdesign design featuring a beautiful textured knit-and-purl checkerboard motif framed by classic garter stitch borders. This enduring blanket pattern creates a cozy heirloom piece suitable for gifting in any season.
Choose between two sizes:
- Bassinet size: 67 cm wide × 80 cm long (26" × 31.5")
- Cot size: 85 cm wide × 110 cm long (33.5" × 43.5")
Materials required:
- Bassinet blanket: 8 × 50 gm balls of 8-ply merino
- Cot blanket: 10 × 50 gm balls of 8-ply merino
- One pair 4 mm (US 6) knitting needles
Gauge: 22 stitches and 30 rows to 10 cm (4") over stocking stitch using 4 mm needles.
