The Cumulus Blouse is one of PetiteKnit’s most-loved designs — soft, floaty, and beautifully simple. Worked from the top down in smooth stockinette and using two strands of airy laceweight held together, it creates that signature cloud-like drape and gentle halo. A deep rounded V-neck gives it an elegant, relaxed silhouette, and every edge is finished with a clean i-cord for a polished, seamless look.

Yarn Type Needed

This pattern uses two strands of laceweight yarn held together, creating that soft Cumulus halo.

Look for:

• Laceweight mohair/silk blends

• Light, airy laceweight fibres that bloom when blocked

• Any yarn that meets the gauge of
  18 sts × 26 rows = 10 cm on 4.5 mm needles

Needles

• 4.5 mm circular needles (60/80/100 cm)
