Main colour and contrast colour in 50g balls:
• Newborn–3 months: 2 balls main, 1 ball contrast
• 3–6 months: 2 balls main, 2 balls contrast
• 6–9 months: 2 balls main, 2 balls contrast
• 9–12 months: 3 balls main, 2 balls contrast
• 12–18 months: 3 balls main, 2 balls contrast

For the Cap:
• 1 x 50g ball (all sizes)

Needles & Notions:
• 3.25mm (US 3 / UK 10) knitting needles
• 4mm (US 6 / UK 8) knitting needles
• Cable needle
• Stitch holders
• 15 buttons
