Worked in pieces on straight needles from the bottom up.
Finished measurements and yarn requirements
Both sizes measure 52 cm from shoulder to hem. Yarn quantities are for Touch Mohair 12 ply in 100 g amounts.

One pair of 5.5 mm straight knitting needles (UK 5 / US 9).
