Create a cosy three-colour sweater for a little one's wardrobe with Alpaca Yarns Pattern 2203. Textured knitting and a palette of Burnt Orange, Bone and Oatmeal give this baby and toddler design plenty of character, ready for everyday layering.
Designed in Sporti 5ply, an alpaca and wool blend with excellent twist, this pattern offers five sizes from 3 to 18 months.

Needles & notions
- 3.5mm and 3.25mm straight knitting needles
- Wool needle
- 4 stitch holders
- 3.25mm crochet hook for the optional button band

Tension
24 stitches and 32 rows to 10cm over stocking stitch using 3.5mm needles.
Finishing tip
The twist of Sporti yarn may cause the fabric to appear uneven while knitting. To smooth and even the texture, lightly press the finished garment on the wrong side with a damp cloth and a warm iron, provided this is consistent with the yarn's care instructions.
